In the past, I wasn't particularly keen on the idea of online shopping. However, over the last few years, I've undergone a significant transformation in my shopping habits, gradually embracing the convenience and ease that online shopping offers. What was once a reluctance to embrace digital shopping has evolved into a genuine appreciation for its simplicity and efficiency.
The seamless process of browsing through a vast array of products, placing orders with just a few clicks, and having items delivered directly to my doorstep has changed the way I approach shopping. Today, I find myself actively seeking out the online marketplace for all my shopping needs, relishing the convenience and accessibility it provides. Amazon.de, in particular, has become synonymous with effortless shopping experiences, earning my trust and loyalty as a satisfied customer.
Even though I live in Denmark and Amazon doesn't have any warehouses in Denmark it is still my preferred web shop. Why you might ask? Well, for the following 3 reasons:

Firstly it's an easy way to save money, in 2022 the highest price level for consumer goods and services among the EU Member States was observed in Denmark (49Â % above the EU average) according to Eurostat. You can buy exactly the same items and brands on Amazon.de, as in Danish stores but cheaper, sometimes a lot cheaper.
For example, diaper pail refills from Tommee Tippee, a 3-Pack costs 229 dkk in Bilka and the same 3-Pack costs 112 dkk on Amazon.de. So my advice is, before you buy it in a store or online in Denmark, check Amazon.de.
Secondly, I love to shop on Amazon.de because they have a huge selection. It doesn't matter if I'm looking for everyday items or something unique, Amazon.de usually has it. They've got everything from clothes to gadgets, and even items from different brands, both local and international. It's like having a giant store right at my fingertips. I always find what I need without having to hop from store to store, which makes shopping way easier and more convenient.
Thirdly, I am a huge fan of shopping on Amazon.de because of their fantastic customer service. One of the most reassuring aspects of shopping on Amazon.de is their hassle-free return policy. The ability to return items free of charge provides me with peace of mind, knowing that if a product doesn't meet my expectations or doesn't work out as intended, I can easily send it back without any additional costs.
Moreover, Amazon.de's commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond just returns. Whenever I've encountered an issue with a product, whether it's a malfunction or defect, reaching out to their customer service team has always resulted in a swift resolution. Without fail, they've promptly addressed my concerns and issued refunds without any hassle or inconvenience. This level of responsiveness and reliability in customer service enhances my overall shopping experience on Amazon.de, fostering trust and loyalty as a satisfied customer.
So, is it smart and easy to shop on Amazon Germany? Yes! At least I think so.
